Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The texture is ridiculously creamy. I got the butter flavor, and my husband ordered the ubeβ€”somehow it was even sweeter than mine. πŸ˜„ The sugar level feels like it was competing for a world record. After one scoop, I immediately needed a gallon of water. Maybe it’s just my Asian palate, but I’d definitely come back if they offered a less-sweet version!

I cannot verbalize the passion with which I feel for Honeysuckle in Fenton. The team - not encompassing but certainly including Bella, TJ, Colleen, Samia, Clara and Gio - is the most fab group of people I have met in my entire life. Incredibly professional, KIND, attentive with amazing customer service, making sure everything is both tasty and friendly. I'm genuinely obsessed with them - I'm a frequent customer and they make my day with every interaction. All really unique personalities that together make a synergy unlike any I have seen in all of Fenton. The team aside--the gelato is DELICIOUS (I'm Italian and lived in Milan for 4 months). They keep their seasonal menu moving and are more than happy to provide their honest, no-frills opinions on each flavor. I wish I could say more but my review would be endless in that case . . . HONEYSUCKLE I LOVE YOU and Bella/TJ deserve all the credit for training and building such a wonderful community with the best vibes - I would love for them to adopt me in the least alarming way possible they are my #girlbosses and run the shop with grace and aplomb <3333

Today is May 27, 2026 and I stopped by around 2 pm with my 3 kids for the beautiful gelato tray! I didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady that was working there, but she gave us the best customer service ever! She’s sweeter than honey! The gelato was also so so yummy! Highly recommend and will def be coming back!

The salted caramel brownie gelato sounded better than it tasted. There were very large chunks of brownie in there for gelato-- Made eating it in a cone very difficult. The waffle cone had a little bit of a chew which was nice. I felt like it was a good serving size for the money I spent.

Honeysuckle was a wonderful experience for dessert in the Fenton area! As someone who is lactose intolerant, it’s difficult finding gelato places with quality, non-dairy options that aren’t sorbets. Honeysuckle had a chocolate brownie non-dairy option which I was eager to try: I’m so happy I did. It was just as dark chocolate-y, creamy and rich as I was hoping, and didn’t feel non-dairy at all (which is typically rough texture-wise). Highly recommend to anyone who wants a non-dairy option and values the texture and richness of gelato!
